SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Sahasra by Salu, we understand how important it is for you to receive your purchase in top condition and on time. That’s why we use a large network of couriers to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
Our Despatch time is 1 to 2 working days After you booking date ,Depending on your location, your item will be delivered within 4-7 business days once it leaves our warehouse. We have Shipping charges Based on the weight of your order.

Once the item get booked there is no option for cancellation or to change the items .

Cash on delivery service is not available .

Only after payment done then only order get booked
All confirmed order after payment will get despatch from 1 to 2 working days from our despatch section excluding Sunday and public holidays.
Incase in any delay due to unforeseen reason customer will inform promptly .
Once Shipped Customers will receive a tracking ID via email/ phone number if they given order through email id to track their order in real - time
